The dry store includes all pantry essentials, such as pasta, rice, oils and vinegars, antipasti and sott’oli, rubs, spices, middle-eastern specialities, and fantastic smoked Spanish paprika, salts and peppers, mustards, sauces and dressings, honeys, jams, chutneys and jellies, foie gras, patés, tapenades, terrines and rillettes, truffle products, accompaniments for cheeses, the finest chocolates, biscuits, and so much more.
Our coffee is a truly exceptional one, by Le Piantagioni del Caffé. Beans are grown on fair-trade plantations in the world’s best coffee-growing regions, such as Ethiopia, El Salvador, Brazil, Guatemala and India. The defined character of the coffee is reflective of the rigorous selection process of the land, the botanical variety, the harvest, the shelling, drying and roasting of the bean.
Teas are by the highly reputable Kusmi Tea, whose 140-year history started in Russia’s St Petersburg. Now based in Paris, Kusmi Tea offers the world’s finest, high-quality black and real estate teas, green tea and blends, as well as red and herbal teas.
